Guilloche: The Guilloché series exemplifies masterful craftsmanship on the spring, upper and lower liners, and the entire upper edge of the blade. The intricate design is stunning and unique, making this collection a true work of art.
Technical aspects: This 12 cm handle knife features a forged bee, a full-length hand-chiseled spring, and the famous shepherd cross. It also features a solid hardened blade stop to help prevent the blade’s edge from making contact with the inner area of the spring.
What is a Forged Bee? To determine if a bee has been forged or soldered, inspect where it meets the spring below. If there are no gaps, likely, the bee and the spring were jointly forged. If there is a straight gap or ridge at that point, then it is a sign the bee was soldered.
