The Laguiole knife originated in Laguiole, France in the early 1820s. Later, its manufacturing was moved to the city of Thiers, France, which was more industrialized. This knife was crafted entirely by hand in Thiers, known as Europe’s cutlery capital. What is a Forged Bee? To determine if a bee has been forged or soldered, inspect where it meets the spring below. If there are no gaps, it’s likely that the bee and the spring were jointly forged. If there is a straight gap or ridge at that point, then it is a sign the bee was soldered.

The policy is 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
