The Medium Classic Old Bear is a great knife to carry with you at all times. It’s small enough for your pocket, but the size and shape of this blade mean it can handle more tasks than just cutting cheese or opening letters. The strong locking mechanism provides an added level of safety while performing harder tasks.
Technical aspects: Old Bear® knives feature a locking mechanism that is consistently smooth and, most importantly, equally effective in locking the blade in both open and closed positions. Moreover, it is important to note that the blade can be locked or unlocked with a right-handed user’s thumb finger. Contrary to one’s first impression, the protuberant locking knob is not in the way and doesn’t affect the use of the highly ergonomic handle.
Good to know: Antonini’s Old Bear® knives are entirely hand-assembled and carefully finished, unlike other similar mass-produced knives.
Locking system: Chemical nickel-plated cold forged brass locking system. This patented system locks the blade closed or open – Lupo patents n.1187282. Nickel plating improves corrosion resistance and requires less maintenance than brass.
This knife features a hardened AISI 420 stainless steel blade. This metal’s ease of sharpening combined with its stain and corrosion resistance will make for a versatile everyday carry knife.

Hand wash only, do not immerse in water for prolonged period of time, doing so will affect the proper function of the Lupo locking system. Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not control it completely due to the fact that many parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since you purchased it.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
